These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the pamefooty® platform, accessible via our website and mobile applications, which enables users in Greece to find, join, and organise casual football games. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to register and use pamefooty®. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
pamefooty® acts as an intermediary, providing a marketplace for session discovery, booking, payments, and communication. We do not organize, supervise, or operate football games. Hosts are users who create sessions and are responsible for coordinating those sessions, including venue booking and compliance with platform rules. Participants join sessions and must adhere to session rules and the code of conduct.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment service provider. No cash transactions are permitted. Funds are processed and held by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s services and our payout and refund rules. Refunds are issued if a session is cancelled or underfilled, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Hosts receive payouts after successful session completion, subject to platform rules.
After each session, participants and hosts may rate each other. Ratings contribute to reliability scores. Reviews and messages are subject to moderation. Abusive or inappropriate content may result in account suspension or removal.
Users must behave respectfully and comply with all applicable laws. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited. Users must not use the platform for illegal activities or infringe intellectual property rights.
Participation in football games involves inherent physical risks. By joining a session, you accept these risks. pamefooty® is not liable for injuries, accidents, or disputes arising from participation in sessions. Hosts are not employees or agents of pamefooty®.
Disputes related to cancellations, refunds, ratings, or behavior are resolved by platform administrators based on available data. Platform administrators make decisions at their discretion based on available data.
All content, trademarks (including pamefooty®), and materials on the platform are owned by pamefooty® or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
